Reports General Claims
Our commitment is to deliver the highest standard of service to our clients. In this regard, we are pleased to outline our claim handling and reporting procedures for general claims as follows:
Immediate Advice
An immediate advice will be issued within 24 hours of the initial survey. If the Insured cannot be contacted promptly, a letter or email will be sent to both the Insured and Insurers advising them of the current status.
Preliminary Report
A Preliminary Report will be submitted to Insurers within 7 days of the initial survey.
Final Report
The Final Report will be issued and submitted to Insurers within 7 days upon receipt of all required documents from the Insured.
Claim Documentation / Information Letter
A formal letter will be sent to the Insured within 3 days following the initial site inspection. This letter will outline the claims procedures and specify the documents required to substantiate the claim. If the requested information is not received, reminders will be issued promptly.
Remarks
All reports will be submitted via fax, email, or hard copy to Insurers.
In addition, our adjusters strictly adhere to all applicable regulatory requirements governing claims handling and settlement practices.
