Service Standard

We take pride in delivering the highest level of service to our clients. We have implemented stringent service standards, which are continuously monitored throughout the lifecycle of each claim to ensure full compliance with the agreed criteria in the following areas:

1.An Acknowledgement 

An acknowledgement is issue within 1 hour after we are assigned by the Insurer

2.An Initial Advice

An Initial Advice is issued within 1 day after completion of site investigation.

 3.A request document

A request document is issued within 3 days after completion of a site investigation

4.The Preliminary Report insuance

The Preliminary Report insuance is within 3 days after the issuance of the Initial Advice.

5.The Proposal

The Proposal within 7 days after claim submitted.

6.The Final Report 

The Final Report is issued within 3 days after the Loss Acceptance Letter is received.
