Service Standard

We pride ourselves in offering the best service to our clients and we have implement stringent standards of service which are monitored, throughout the life of the claim to ensure compliance to the agreed criteria for the following :

1.An Acknowledgement 

An acknowledgement is issue within 1 hour after we are assigned by the Insurer

2.An Initial Advice

An Initial Advice is issued within 1 day after completion of site investigation.

 3.A request document

A request document is issued within 3 days after completion of a site investigation

4.The Preliminary Report insuance

The Preliminary Report insuance is within 3 days after the issuance of the Initial Advice.

5.The Proposal

The Proposal within 7 days after claim submitted.

6.The Final Report 

The Final Report is issued within 3 days after the Loss Acceptance Letter is received.
